About

Mindset or stop loss limit

The mindset and stop-loss limits are important in poker. Having a good mindset helps in maintaining focus and making better decisions. Stop-loss limits help in managing losses by setting a limit on how much you’re willing to lose in a session. This can improve your win rate and overall performance.

Worst Session

I remember the worst session in my life. It was late in the evening on the Spanish PokerStars. I was playing against a very laggy player who only played occasionally. I ran really poorly and was down 25 buyins. I didn’t care about the stop loss and continued playing. I managed to remount and was up two bance, but then I dropped again 20 buyins. The session was very tilting.

What is the best poker advice?

The best poker advice I ever received was to always remember to count in the errors the other players make in your strategy.
